This website www.cocogroothuis.com is owned and operated Coco Groothuis, Founder of Business By Nature©, Basco Kitchen© and Essence Based Living©, located at Planetenweg 308, 1974BN IJmuiden, registered in The Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce no 67099033. Coco Groothuis offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. These Terms And Conditions are written by Coco Groothuis, after this referred to as ‘I’ and ‘Me’, since you agreed to work with me and my team.

APPLICABILITY
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change, with or without notice to you, at our sole discretion. The Terms and Conditions applicable to your access to and use of this website, our services and products, will be the version that is current and displayed on the website as at each date you access the website. Every time you use this site, please consult these Terms to ensure that you are aware and understand the conditions of a contractual engagement.

PURCHASE OF SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

  1. All prices used by me are in euros, are exclusive of VAT and exclusive of any other costs such as administration costs, levies and travel-, shipping- or transport expenses, unless expressly stated otherwise or agreed otherwise.
  2. I am entitled to adjust all prices for my products or services, shown in my shop, on my website or otherwise, at any time.
  3. Services and Products, purchased by you on www.cocogroothuis.com are immediately paid for at once or according to the payment plan, offered on the website. Services and Products purchased by you per invoice need to be paid within 14 days after notification, unless we both have made other agreements about this or if the invoice has a different payment plan.
  4. Payment terms are considered as fatal payment terms. This means that if you have not paid the agreed amount at the latest on the last day of the payment term, you are legally in default, without me having to send you a reminder or to put you in default.
  5. If you do not pay within the agreed term, after 30 days I am entitled to charge an interest of 10% per month for the transactions from the day you are in default, whereby a part of a month is counted for a whole month. When you are in default, you are also due to extrajudicial collection costs and may be obliged to pay any compensation to me.
  6. If you do not pay on time, after 30 days I may suspend its obligations, like access to the online academy, until you have met your payment obligation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. If you want to work with me, you agree that you purchase with pure intention and responsibility. If you do not know if your purchase is for the best interest of us both, please do not make the purchase. When in doubt you can always contact me at info@cocogroothuis.com.
  2. Due to the nature of my services and products, there will be no refunds and all sales are final, unless otherwise agreed or mentioned on the website.
  3. A purchase is final when the payment is immediately paid online for at once or according to the payment plan or when the payment is done per invoice within 14 days of the invoice date.
  4. When services and products are not delivered as agreed, let me know within 14 days after the purchase, so I can make sure the delivery will be resend on my costs. After 14 days, you are responsible for the extra costs.
  5. If I cannot deliver the purchased services or products, I will make sure you will receive a refund, based on the total amount you have already received.
  6. All memberships can be cancelled any time per e-mail, but take in account a 30 days cancellation policy, whereby there is a minimum of 30 days before I can cancel your membership account. Understand that by cancelling your membership, acces to the online academy with all the information available will automatically stop as well

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. I retain all intellectual property rights (including copyright, patent rights, trademark rights, design and design rights, etc.) on all designs, drawings, writings, data carriers or other information, quotations, images, sketches, models, scale models, etc., unless we both have agreed otherwise in writing.
  2. You may not copy or have copied the intellectual property rights without prior written permission from me, nor show them to third parties and / or make them available or use them in any other way. When using my material, please always refer back to me and my website.
